Terms of service

These terms cover detailing work carried out by Elevate Mobile Detailing, owned and operated by Anthony Earley in Morgantown, West Virginia.

Booking and confirmation

Submitting the form on this site is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Your time is confirmed once Anthony replies to you directly. Published prices are flat rates for the service described. Where a vehicle needs work beyond that, such as pet hair or heavy soiling, the published add-on applies and you are told the full figure before the appointment is agreed, never afterwards.

Where the work happens

Work is carried out at the address you provide. You are responsible for making sure the vehicle is accessible and that we are permitted to work at that location. Some apartment complexes and workplaces restrict this, so please check before booking.

Timing

Most vehicles take about two hours. Larger vehicles, heavy soiling and pet hair take longer. If a job is going to take significantly longer than estimated, you will be told before work continues.

Weather

Exterior work depends on weather. If conditions make the work unsafe or ineffective, the appointment is rescheduled at no cost.

Cancellation

Please give as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or move an appointment. Repeated no-shows may mean we ask for confirmation before scheduling again.

Condition of the vehicle

Please remove valuables and personal items before the appointment. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle. Detailing cleans and protects surfaces. It does not repair existing damage such as torn upholstery, worn leather, scratches, dents, stains that have set permanently, or paint defects.

If something is not right

Tell us within 48 hours and we will look at it. Anthony does the work himself and would rather fix something than leave you unhappy with it.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in advance. Cash, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle and card payments including tap to pay are all accepted.

Prices are flat rather than estimates. Locations more than roughly 35 minutes drive from Morgantown carry a flat $30 travel charge, which is confirmed at the time of booking and never added afterwards.

What we need at the property

The service runs on your water and electricity. An outside spigot and a working outlet both need to be reachable from where the vehicle is parked. If neither is available the appointment cannot go ahead, so tell us before the visit and we will find another spot or another time.
